Her Majesty Duli Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Hajah Saleha binti Al-Marhum Pengiran Pemancha Pengiran Anak Haji Mohamed Alam yesterday received in audience the newly appointed foreign envoys and spouses of envoys. The audience ceremony was held at Istana Nurul Iman.
Her Majesty first received Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany to Brunei Darussalam Gerda Winkler. Her Majesty then received Australian High Commissioner to Brunei Darussalam Tiffany Anne McDonald. Also present was Second Secretary at the Australian High Commission in Brunei Darussalam Jo McIntosh.
Her Majesty also received in separate audiences the spouse of the British High Commissioner to Brunei Darussalam Tuti Suwidjiningsih. British Deputy High Commissioner Natalie Gowers-Barnes was also present.
Her Majesty then received the spouse of the High Commissioner of Brunei Darussalam to Singapore Datin Mariaratnah binti Haji Mohd Apong.
