RB cabin crew completes training as JPMC Patient Ambassador

“It is a great pleasure welcoming Royal Brunei Airlines (RB) cabin crews into Jerudong Park Medical Centre (JPMC) as Patient Ambassador and we are thrilled that we will benefit from RB’s best practices and knowledge in further enhancing our patient experience,” said Minister of Health and Chairman and Executive Director of JPMC Dato Seri Setia Dr Haji Mohd Isham bin Haji Jaafar during a ceremony to mark the completion of an intensive training for 21 RB cabin crews to become Patient Ambassador for JPMC yesterday.

The minister as a guest of honour added”, The Patient Ambassador will provide value added personal touch that JPMC aims to establish with our patients and customers.”

Meanwhile, JPMC Chief Operating Officer Zauyah Md Tarmizi said, ”JPMC management is confident that the selected cabin crews will be able to relief JPMC healthcare providers after attending the two-week intensive training. JPMC doctors, nurses and allied health professionals can devote themselves to caring for patients even more.”

Chief People and Performance Officer of RB Richard Rendell, management and staff of JPMC and RB were also present.

A memorandum of understanding (MoU) signed between JPMC and RB recently.
