Minister of Culture, Youth and Sports Major General (Rtd) Dato Paduka Seri Haji Aminuddin Ihsan bin Pehin Orang Kaya Saiful Mulok Dato Seri Paduka Haji Abidin graced the Santai Bersama Keluarga programme organised by the Brunei Council on Social Welfare (MKM) and Wafa Hotel and Apartment, Annajat Complex yesterday.
MKM clients from all four districts joined the event filled with recreational activities.
MKM President Haji Mohd Yusof bin Shaik Abdul Halim expressed his gratitude to the management of the hotel for sponsoring facilities like swimming pool, hall and waterpark.
Freme Travel also sponsored buses to transport the participants from Temburong District (December 10), Tutong and Belait districts (December 16) and Brunei-Muara District (December 22).
MKM Vice-President II Haji Hasbollah bin Haji Damit said the programme aimed to foster closer family ties whille the children gained knowledge.
Managing Director of ATHA Sdn Bhd Datin Hajah Norayati binti Pehin Orang Kaya Shahbandar Dato Seri Setia Haji Awang Mohd Nawawi and officials from the ministry and Annajat Complex were also present.
