The Belait District Football Association (PBDB) recently hosted a gathering at Serikandi Restaurant, attended by representatives from football clubs in the Belait District, committee members from the PBDB and the National Football Association of Brunei Darussalam (NFABD).
NFABD President Pengiran Haji Matusin bin Pengiran Haji Matasan and spouse were welcomed to the venue by PBDB President Pengiran Saiful Redzalli bin Pengiran Jaya Indera Pengiran Haji Mokhtar Puteh.
NFABD Secretary General Mohammad Shahnon bin Haji Mohd Salleh, PBDB Deputy President Morni bin Haji Zakeria, and representative from the Belait District Branch of the Youth and Sports Department Gaung Jamit were also present.
The event discussed next year’s itinerary including Futsal League for 19-year-olds and below, Grassroot Football Tournament and District Leagues.
It continued with the presentation of certificates to football clubs in the Belait District including Nelayan FT, Tanoshi FC, Mengelella FC, Nusantara FC, and HR FT for their contributions.
The event, held to foster ties, also saw the presentation of football sporting equipment by the guest of honour to Pengiran Saiful Redzalli.
