A number of Brunei students attending Al-Azhar University and Ma’had Qiraat Al-Shoubra in Egypt remotely have been taking online examinations in the country since Wednesday.
The Ministry of Religious Affairs (MoRA), through the Department of Islamic Studies and the Embassy of Brunei Darussalam in Cairo, partnered with the Supreme Council of Al-Azhar University in Egypt to hold online examinations for 208 students to ensure the welfare and continuity of studies of Bruneian students studying at Egyptian institutions.
The online examinations are held in stages until mid-January next year at the Computer Lab Room of Arabic Religious Secondary School of Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Hajah Saleha.
