Brudesh Engineering and Management Sdn Bhd recently organised its healthy lifestyle programme for its staff at the Anduki Recreation Park, Seria.
Managing Director Hajah Sapurahbee binti Haji Ibrahim said the programme aimed at promoting healthy lifestyle by encouraging physical activities while fostering closer ties.
She believed that healthy lifestyle is instrumental in preventing chronic illness as well as improving self-esteem.
“I hope this programme will be carried out more frequently to ensure the health of employees is maintained,” she said.
Human Relations Director Syarifah Safinatul Najah binti Malai Haji Abdul Hamid, and Operation Director cum Contract Manager Malai ‘Izzat Faris bin Malai Haji Abdul Hamid were
also present. Over 50 staff members joined the programme featuring team building exercises and games.
A prize presentation for winners and lucky draw concluded the event.
