Brunei Darussalam yesterday entered its 21st day without any COVID-19 cases and its 237th day of no local transmissions, keeping the national tally of confirmed cases at 152.

No active cases are being treated in the country, the Ministry of Health (MoH) said in a statement yesterday.

The MoH has taken 163 samples for the SARS-CoV-2 virus testing over the past 24 hours, and has conducted 82,909 tests since January.

A total of 573 individuals are undergoing mandatory self-isolation at government monitoring centres after arriving from abroad while 10,271 have completed their stint since March.

Healthinfo.gov.bn revealed that there have been 117 cases in the Brunei-Muara District, 29 in the Belait District and six in the Tutong District.

For information, visit the MoH’s official website at www.moh.gov.bn, contact the Health Advice Line at 148 or through the BruHealth app.
