Institut Tahfiz Al-Quran Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah has opened enrolment of students for the Aliyah Qiraat Diploma Programme 2021-2024 since yesterday.
The programme’s 2021-2024 Student Admission Offer is open to all Muslim citizens or permanent residents of Brunei Darussalam.
Applicants must obtain a credit in Malay Language in the General Certificate of Education ‘O’ Level (GCE ‘O’ Level) Examination, acquire at least three jayyid (good) in the Brunei Religious Education Certificate (SPUB) including Arabic, or at least three credits in the GCE ‘O’ Level including Arabic.
Applicants must pass the Aliyah Qiraat Diploma admission interview and have a health account from a recognised public health centre.
Qualified non-citizens with parents working in government departments or government-linked companies can apply by submitting a special application letter to the institute’s Chairman of the Board through the principal.
Application forms can be obtained at the Office of the institute during office hours or downloaded from the Ministry of Religious Affairs website at www kheu.gov.bn.
The closing date for submission is February 22 by 4pm.
