Yayasan Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah (YSHHB), as the Secretariat of the Pengiran Muda Mahkota Al-Muhtadee Billah Fund for Orphans (DANA), held a Doa Kesyukuran ceremony yesterday in conjunction with the 47th birthday of His Royal Highness Prince Haji Al-Muhtadee Billah ibni His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izzaddin Waddaulah, the Crown Prince and Senior Minister at the Prime Minister’s Office.
His Royal Highness Prince ‘Abdul Malik attended the religious ceremony at the YSHHB Complex in the capital.
The ceremony began with mass Maghrib prayer led by Syariah Court of Appeal Judge Pehin Orang Kaya Paduka Setia Raja Dato Paduka Seri Setia Haji Awang Suhaili bin Haji Mohiddin, before continuing with the recitations of Surah Yaasiin, Tahlil, and Doa Kesyukuran and mass Isyak prayer.
Minister of Defence II cum Chairman of the DANA Board of Trustee Pehin Datu Lailaraja Major General (Rtd) Dato Paduka Seri Haji Awang Halbi bin Haji Mohd Yussof, and Minister at the Prime Minister’s Office and Minister of Finance and Economy II cum Deputy Chairman of YSHHB Board of Directors and Deputy Chairman of the DANA Board of Trustee Dato Seri Setia Dr Awang Haji Mohd Amin Liew bin Abdullah attended.
Members of the YSHHB Committee of Governors, members of the YSHHB Board of Directors, members of the DANA Board of Trustee, permanent contributors to DANA, officers and staff at YSHHB as well as YSHHB School teachers were also present.
