Wu Chun said in a press statement, “We would like to give Bruneians diverse regimes in fitness. Aside from Silat, we have numerous classes and trainings lined up in the upcoming months and we are taking this opportunity to introduce it in the BruXFit 2016.”

“In fitness diversity, it is not about the difference in what we can offer, it is about embracing one another’s uniqueness and sharing it to change other people’s lives for the better,” he added.

In a press statement, Jaz Taha from Fitness Zone said, “Silat Perisai Diri – Cabang Brunei has been active for the last two years in a private establishment, but unfortunately we were limited in resources at the time and restricted to time slot. By launching with Fitness Zone and the assistance of Wu Chun, we are able to reach out to the Brunei community and hope to share our art to raise awareness in healthier lifestyle, moulding our new generation and to provide training for self-defence.”

“Silat personally has taught me in many things such as self control, maintaining strong focus and importantly developing good habits for lifestyle improvements,” he added.
