THE Religious Teachers University College of Seri Begawan (KUPU SB) yesterday held a thanksgiving prayer ceremony for 251 students who will be graduating at its upcoming 6th Convocation.
The Deputy Minister of Religious Affairs, Dato Paduka Awang Haji Abdul Mokti bin Haji Mohd Daud and his spouse, Datin Hajah Zalina binti Haji Omar, were present as the guests of honour at the ceremony held in the Multi-Purpose Hall of KUPU SB.
The ceremony began with a mass recitation of Surah Al-Fatihah followed by the reading of Surah Al-Waqiah, verses one to 96. It continued with the reading of the Dikir Marhaban before concluding with the thanksgiving prayer.
The ceremony was organised by the Registrar Office of the Student Affairs Division of KUPU SB.
