PANDORA, the international jewellery brand known for its popular and customisable handcrafted charm bracelets, has finally arrived in Brunei with the opening of its flagship stores at The Mall in Gadong in an official opening ceremony held yesterday that marked their second boutique in Brunei.
The renowned jewellery brand has recently opened one concept store in the Brunei International Airport.
The opening of the second boutique was officiated with a ribbon-cutting ceremony by guest of honours – Datuk Ghulam Jelani bin Khanizaman, the Malaysian High Commissioner to Brunei Darussalam; Dato’ Sri Meer Habib Chairman of Pandora Malaysia and Brunei Darussalam, and Datin Sri Zarida Noordin, the Managing Director of Pandora Malaysia and Brunei Darussalam.
Speaking during the opening ceremony, Dato’ Sri Meer Habib said, “Today is a very special day for us because we are opening our first Pandora boutique in Brunei. We have been waiting for a very long time and today, our dream has come true.”
Datin Sri Zarida Noordin, in an interview with the Bulletin, said that since day one of its establishment, they have always wanted to open its branch in Brunei and was grateful with the opening with not just one, but two boutiques.
“I hope that we would be able to give the locals an excellent international service with the products Pandora offers.
“Every year, Pandora will release seven new designs, so there will never be a dull moment with Pandora,” she said.
