DST hosted an exclusive media session yesterday at its headquarters in Tungku Link as part of promoting its loyalty programme, ‘DST Rewards’.

The recently-launched loyalty programme is a collective of loyalty initiatives introduced by DST that are catered for both post-paid and prepaid subscribers.

The initiatives include the DST Plus and DST Premium reward cards, the Easi Loyalty Programme (ELP), promotional activities such as DST Reward Plus, an extension to the previous DST Extravaganza as well as discounts from DST’s merchant partners.

Registered customers will enjoy waves of wonderful rewards, from remarkable points to competitive redemption value accumulation.

Dona Eldyana Johan, DST’s Head of Marketing and Loyalty, in a press statement said, “DST knows how loyal its customers are, especially those who have supported DST for as long as 21 years. Customers who are consistently and continuously loyal to us deserve to be rewarded.

“Over the years, we have worked continuously to give back to our new and existing customers in more innovative and gratifying ways, especially for the deserving and long-term customers. With the introduction of ‘DST Rewards’ this allows us to be flexible with the types of loyalty initiatives we can introduce or continue based on customer interest and commitment,” she added.

First launched during the recent DST Carnival at Jerudong Park, the DST Plus loyalty initiative gives members 10 rewards points for every $1 spent on DST services and discounts at renowned DST partners nationwide.

Members will also be given a chance to upgrade to DST Premium after accumulating 100,000 points where the card allows members to enjoy bigger discounts and broader privileges as well as access to exclusive lounges and entities.

Both DST Plus and DST Premium members will also enjoy tenancy bonus in which their accumulated points shall be multiplied by 1.5 times and doubled for tenancy of both above 10 and 20 years respectively.

Interested customers may register at all DST branches with instant issuance available at DST Gadong only. Customers who wish to upgrade their DST cards will get 100 points during the start of the Point Zero Campaign where they can redeem points accumulated via bill payment, starter pack Easi and recharge cards.

DST Rewards is a loyalty recognition programme designed exclusively for DST’s valued subscribers, where registered members can enjoy discounts and privileges from 67 franchises and companies that are also participating in the programme.
