ROAD users, particularly those residing at the Melabau Complex areas in Berakas have voiced their concerns pertaining to the lack of action being taken by authorities concerning the pothole in the area.
The road in question is the only way to enter the housing area, and has experienced serious damage over the years. According to residents, the condition of the road has worsened during the rainy season. Pedestrians frequenting the area at night have also raised their concerns.
The residents have urged relevant authorities to take quick action to remedy the condition for the safety of those living in the area.
