IN CONJUNCTION with its 25th anniversary, Perbadanan Tabung Amanah Islam Brunei (TAIB) has come up with the Entrepreneur Programme where individuals or companies pitch their business ideas to establish their new start up business or business expansion plans, a press release stated.

The Entrepreneur Programme will be in collaboration with DARE (Darussalam Enterprise). Selected participants will benefit from a two-week entrepreneur boot camp featuring international speakers.

TAIB’s vision for the entrepreneur programme is to be able to support local start- ups by enhancing their business management knowledge and skills and to provide a ‘networking’ platform where they can share business ideas.

Effendi bin Haji Said, Head of Business Banking Department said, “We hope that this programme will create an opportunity for them to build their self confidence in meeting customers and potential investors locally and internationally.”
