THE ‘Charity Colour Run for the Royal Bees’, organised by the Brunei Netball Association (BNA) seeks to raise funds for the association.
This was stated by Lieutenant Colonel (Rtd) Hajah Wan Shahlimar binti Haji Suhaili, BNA Vice President, during a press conference at the Stadium Restaurant yesterday.
The charity run, scheduled to take place on May 22 at the Multipurpose Hall of the Indoor Stadium in Berakas, is divided into three categories; the five-kilometre run for men or women aged 12 years above and the 2.5-kilometre fun run and walk open to all ages.
The number of participants is limited to only 1,000, having registration be based on first come first serve basis.
Colour zones will start 200 metres before the finishing line and that the colour will only be thrown at participants from one side of the route, having the other side become a clean zone.
The association’s vice president added that the coloured powder is 100 per cent natural, safe and of food grade quality.
