TWENTY-ONE members of the Welfare Body of the Spouses of Senior Government Officials and Women Officials (BISTARI) over the weekend visited the MPK Katimahar Agri Park.
Leading the delegation was the President of BISTARI, Datin Hajah Asmah binti Haji Abdul Rahman.
Also joining the visit was BISTARI’s former president, Datin Hajah Edah binti Haji Mohd Noor.
The Manager of MPK Katimahar Agri Park, Haji Zainal bin Haji Safar, who welcomed the delegates, also briefed on the park’s background and progress.
The delegates toured the park where they enjoyed the scenery, flora and fauna, while at the same time taking a closer look at several enterprises, including a fish pond and fruit farms, in the compound.

Before concluding their visit, the President of BISTARI handed over a donation for 11 single mothers living in the Kampong Katimahar vicinity.
The donation was handed over to the Village Head of Kampong Katimahar, Mukim Sengkurong, Salim bin Adi.
The President of BISTARI also contributed a number of cooking books and the 25th Year of BISTARI book to the Manager of MPK Katimahar Agri Park.
