A MEMORANDUM of Understanding (MoU) was signed between SugarBun Brunei, Times Cineplex and Coca Cola Beverages (CCSB) yesterday in a ceremony held at Badi’ah Hotel.
Present to sign the dotted line on behalf of SugarBun Brunei was Chan Fui Meng. Representing CCSB was Gareth McGeown, Commercial Director Coca-Cola Malaysia, Singapore and Brunei and Mr Lim, Director of Syarikat Malar Setia, the official appointed distributor of Coca-Cola soft drinks and Benny Ang represented Times Cineplex Brunei.
The MoU will establish a cooperation and collaboration in supply of halal and high quality drink at all SugarBun Brunei restaurants and cinemas at Times Cineplex Brunei.
Speaking at the signing was Mr Lim, who conveyed his appreciation to SugarBun Brunei and Time Cineplex Brunei for its steadfast support in expanding the Coca-Cola brand in Brunei.
He said that the four years MoU will greatly benefit SugarBun Brunei and Times Cineplex based on their attractive three per cent rebates on all products purchased and 12 per cent from gross sales revenue. The rebates can be used for marketing funds.
Customers will be able to choose from a variety of delicious and refreshing beverages options to complement SugarBun and Times Cineplex menu in Brunei including Coca-Cola, Coke Zero and Coke Light, Sprite, Minute Maid juiced, Aquarius Isotonic, A&W and Heaven and Earth tea.
Coca-Cola is the most popular and biggest-selling soft drink in history as well as one of the most recognisable brands in the world.
