MOH Hack & Partners in collaboration with Valor Property Agency will launch the Sungai Hanching Promenade situated in Jalan Muara, Kampong Sungai Hanching, on March 17 to 18 at 10am to 6pm in the Valor Property Agency Office.
Designed to provide the public a convenient and comfortable shopping experience amidst the busy street of Jalan Muara, this six-block project is inclusive of a commercial and residential complex, a promenade, varieties of restaurants, a supermarket and capacious car parks.
Unlike a typical commercial shop house, this Sungai Hanching Promenade boasts its unique promenade which provides a strong link between the blocks and all the commercial units in the complex, overall promoting a comfortable and shaded pedestrianised area for the shoppers to enjoy and socialise.

According to a press release, the covered promenade is designed to be a car-free zone, promoting a lively street-like atmosphere for the pedestrians. It also provides a ‘See-through Effect’, allowing visual connections not only with the main road but also throughout the entire complex. This very promenade also allows the shoppers to walk freely, protected from sun and rain in the lower ground floor.
With a total of 62 units, 50 per cent of it has already been booked by various businesses and an anchor tenant has been confirmed for the supermarket.
