THE Royal Brunei Police Force (RBPF) hosted a Dikir ceremony at the Police Training Centre in Gadong yesterday, for 62 male recruits of APO 1 & 2/2016 who recently completed their training.
The ceremony began with the recitation of Surah Al-Fatihah led by APO 7072 Abdul Kahar bin Abdul Manan, which was followed by the recitation of the Dikir Syarafil Anam and Dikir Marhaban by the recruits.
The event continued with the sprinkling of scented flowers to the new police recruits.
The Dikir ceremony concluded with a presentation of a souvenir to the guest of honour, Senior Superintendent Haji Chipli bin Haji Mohamad, Deputy Acting Director of the Operations Department.
