HIS Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar ‘Ali Saifuddien Sa’adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam, yesterday afternoon received in audience the Governor of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, People’s Republic of China, Chen Wu at the Istana Nurul Iman.
Accompanying the governor at the audience ceremony were Huang Zhou, Deputy Secretary-General of the People’s Government of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region and Director-General of Development and Research Center of the People’s Government of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region; and senior officials from Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.
Present at the audience ceremony was Yang Jian, Ambassador of the People’s Republic of China to Brunei Darussalam.
Pehin Datu Singamanteri Colonel (Rtd) Dato Seri Setia (Dr) Awang Haji Mohammad Yasmin bin Haji Umar, Minister of Energy and Industry at the Prime Minister’s Office; and Dato Paduka Awang Haji Erywan bin Pehin Datu Pekerma Jaya Haji Mohd Yusof, Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade II were also present.
