THE Rizqun International Hotel has again embraced the spirit of giving back to the community, continuing its tradition of donating packets of Laila rice on the first day of Ramadhan.
Abdul Razak Holdings Administrative Director Haji Awang Suhaimei bin Haji Besar, Abdul Razak Holdings Director Haji Awang Mohamad bin Md Yussuf, Abdul Razak Holdings Director Matussin bin Haji Mahmud and Abdul Razak Holdings Group of Hotels Operations Director Siti Rashidah binti Hassan were at the hotel lobby and entrance to hand out bags of rice to the public.
The Laila rice contribution has, since 2006, become a tradition to the hotel in welcoming the month of Ramadhan, marking this year as its 11th year.
Through the event, The Rizqun International Hotel aims to enhance its involvement in charitable activities, particularly those tied to religious events, in hopes that such activities will encourage unity with the wider community in Brunei Darussalam.
