PROGRESIF Cellular Sdn Bhd (Progresif)has appointed Paul Taylor as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the local telecommunication service provider to new heights.
Progresif made the announcement yesterday, adding that Taylor views customer experience improvements as his key priority.
“I can see that considerable progress has been made at the company and I would like to thank the management and staff for their hard work and the board for their unstinting support,” Taylor said.
“Overall, the year 2016/17 was very good for the company in terms of growth. I will continue to build on the good work that has been done to ensure that our service continues to expand and improve,” he added.
Taylor looks forward to further tapping into the pool of innovation, which will spell better value for customers and facilitate both the development of the economy and growth in new jobs.

On that note, the new CEO thanks the customers for their support and trust, as well as believing in the Progresif brand story.
