ACCOMPANIED by the sounds of live traditional music, Balai Penghadapan at Bukit Kayangan was filled with a festive mood during the Hari Raya Aidilfitri open house hosted by His Royal Highness Prince Mohamed Bolkiah and Her Royal Highness Pengiran Anak Isteri Pengiran Anak Hajah Zariah during the first day of Hari Raya last Monday.
His Royal Highness Prince Haji Sufri Bolkiah and his spouse, Yang Amat Mulia Pengiran Bini Hajah Faizah binti Dato Haji Nasir; His Royal Highness Prince Haji Jefri Bolkiah; Her Royal Highness Princess Hajah Masna, Ambassador-at-Large at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade; Her Royal Highness Princess Hajah Nor’ain; Her Royal Highness Princess Hajah Amal Umi Kalthum Al-Islam; Yang Amat Mulia Pengiran Muda Abdul Qawi and his wife, Yang Amat Mulia Tengku Amalin A’Ishah Putri binti Sultan Ismail Petra; the children of His Royal Highness Prince Mohamed Bolkiah and Her Royal Highness Pengiran Anak Isteri Pengiran Anak Hajah Zariah; Cabinet Ministers, officials, and foreign diplomatic envoys were also present.
Guests indulged in specially-prepared Raya food including delicious traditional local dishes and a number of different desserts and treats such as pastries, puddings, sweets and imported chocolates.
