IN ITS continuous efforts to better serve customers, Baiduri Bank relocated its Serusop branch to a brand new location this week. Centrally located within the Serusop commercial area, the new branch is in a prominent spot in Kg Delima at the newly constructed Pelangi Complex, about 500 metres down the road from the old premises.
Offering full banking services to individuals and businesses as well as complimentary personal financial planning consultation, there is also a Prestige Centre to cater for Baiduri Bank’s high net worth segment.
According to a press release, the upgraded premise is also equipped with complimentary Wi-Fi as well as new ATMs to cater to the growing number of customers transacting electronically. Its modern décor reflects the dynamism and innovative spirit of Baiduri Bank.
The branch relocation and upgrade works is part of Baiduri Bank’s long term branch network configuration project which seeks to revitalise each branch to suit the market demographic segment.
The new Serusop branch operates at normal banking hours of 9am to 4pm on Mondays to Thursdays, 9am to noon and 2pm to 4pm on Fridays, and 9am to 11.30am on Saturdays.
