NAZMI Textile Mall yesterday officially launched its 11th branch Nazmi Textile Mall of Annajat Complex in Beribi, Gadong by Pehin Datu Lailaraja Major General (Rtd) Dato Paduka Seri Haji Awang Halbi bin Haji Mohd Yussof, Minister of Culture, Youth and Sports as the guest of honour.
Managing Director of Nazmi Textile Mall, Nazeer Ahmad bin Zakaria said it is the 11th branch of Nazmi Textile Mall that offers exclusive textile at an affordable price. He said the opening hour is similar with other branches 10am-10pm daily.
The highlight of the event yesterday was the presentation of a full Umrah package to Siti Nurzuraihan Asshahdiah Rashidah binti Abdullah Lem, a Nazmi Textile Mall’s staff who has been working with the company for more than 15 years. The mock ticket was presented by the guest of honour.
Nazeer Ahmad said the donation aimed to show appreciation to its staff, as well as contributing to the company’s development to encourage locals to work more efficiently.
Siti Nurzuraihan Asshahdiah Rashidah, 41, of Kampong Mengkubau, said, “I was very surprised and feel happy because I was selected to receive the award. It will encourage me to work harder and become a role model to the other staff.”
She urged and hoped other staff members, especially locals, will continue to perform well and do whatever work entrusted on them.
