MINISTER of Culture, Youth and Sports Major General (Rtd) Dato Paduka Seri Awang Haji Aminuddin Ihsan bin Pehin Orang Kaya Saiful Mulok Dato Seri Paduka Haji Abidin recently officiated the opening of Yippy Tune Music School, Yippy Juice, Jo-Art and Tomato Kidz/Nori-Dori.
The entire ground floor of the Fitness Zone in Kiulap has been revamped to provide a one-stop centre for children.
It is the first collaboration of its kind in Brunei, with different businesses of the same nature coming together to cater to the needs of their customers.
According to Fitness Zone founder and owner Wu Chun, the entire 5,000-square foot of the ground floor adopts an open concept, connecting Energy Kitchen with all three kids business establishments to provide a one-stop centre not just for kids, but the entire family.
“While the parents are upstairs exercising at the gym, the kids can have their music lessons at Yippy Tune Music School or try their hand at arts with Jo-Art. On the other hand, parents who wish to relax while waiting for their kids can enjoy a healthy meal at Energy Kitchen, or do some shopping for their kids – opting from children’s furniture, toys, stationeries, to children’s clothing from Korea,” he said.
Wu Chun, who is also the owner of Energy Kitchen, has helped in the collaboration by revamping the Energy Kitchen’s menu, bringing in the finest ingredients to cater to this new crowd of children.
The kids business owners hope the collaborate effort will cultivate a culture that better appreciates art and music, nurtures creativity and at the same time, promote a healthy lifestyle.
