HIS Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar ‘Ali Saifuddien Sa’adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam, yesterday afternoon received in audience Sayyid Badr bin Hamad bin Hamood Al Busaidi, Secretary General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Sultanate of Oman who is on a two-day visit to the country.
During the audience ceremony, His Majesty and Sayyid Badr bin Hamad bin Hamood Al Busaidi discussed bilateral relations between Brunei Darussalam and the Sultanate of Oman, as well as exchanged views on regional and international matters.
Accompanying Sayyid Badr bin Hamad bin Hamood Al Busaidi during the audience ceremony was Sheikh Ahmed bin Hashel bin Rashed bin Hashel Al-Maskari, Ambassador of the Sultanate of Oman to Brunei Darussalam.
Also present was Dato Seri Paduka Awang Haji Erywan bin Pehin Datu Pekerma Jaya Haji Mohd Yusof, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade II.
The audience ceremony took place at Istana Nurul Iman.
