THREE companies merged together and launched a 1,200 square feet transformative creative-space in Kiarong to encourage budding creatives to embrace their creative side.

Luxe Development, The Creative Core BN and Hoco Agency created ‘Avenue 41’, a modern studio inspired by the freedom of an ‘open canvas’ concept featuring the first-of-its-kind ‘floating table’ that can be automatically lowered from the ceiling above.

Present at the launch of Aveneue 41 were associates and sponsors who aided in the creation of the space.

The launching event saw business partners from Luxe Development, See Hung Tung and Thomas Lam sharing their ideas to support the creative scene in Brunei by creating a platform where creative minds and design aficionados could showcase their talents and gifts.

The space features space-efficient furniture within its interior for easy storage. It also comes with a complete full kitchen, high-quality audio and visuals system and coded doors for added security as well as ample parking space.
