A HANDING over ceremony of the sponsorships for the Hassanal Bolkiah Trophy for the Asean Youth Football Championship 2018 was held yesterday at the Hassanal Bolkiah National Stadium. The sponsorship amounted to $122,600 from 77 sponsors.
Co-Chairman of the Sponsorship and Advertising Committee of the tournament, Pengiran Haji Manshor bin Pengiran Haji Jaya in his welcoming remarks explained that the tournament was significant in upholding the country’s name internationally and regionally.
He also thanked the sponsors for making the tournament a success.
Receiving the sponsorships was Minister of Culture, Youth and Sports, Major General (Rtd) Dato Paduka Seri Awang Haji Aminuddin Ihsan bin Pehin Orang Kaya Saiful Mulok Dato Seri Paduka Haji Abidin who later handed them over to Pengiran Haji Manshor.
