His Majesty and President Halimah then signed a commemorative plaque and planted a Streblus Asper tree to mark the Singapore President’s State Visit to Brunei Darussalam and activity at Taman Mahkota Jubli Emas.
At the point of the walk where they arrived at Taman Haji Sir Muda Omar ‘Ali Saifuddien, His Majesty and the President of Singapore took in a martial arts demonstration held in front of the grandstand and viewed a One Village One Product (1K1P) exhibition.
The martial arts performance comprised a number of martial arts such as silat, kempo, karate-do, taekwondo and wushu by more than 140 practitioners, portraying the unity and harmony of the community within Brunei Darussalam.
His Majesty and President Halimah then set aside some time to interact and take photos with members of the public participating in Bandarku Ceria, before proceeding to Horizons Seafood Restaurant for breakfast.
