HIS Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar ‘Ali Saifuddien Sa’adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam left for Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia yesterday and while in Kuala Lumpur, His Majesty visited Tun Dato Laila Utama Dr Mahathir Mohamad, Prime Minister of Malaysia, at Perdana Leadership Foundation, Putrajaya.
Accompanying His Majesty during the visit was His Royal Highness Prince ‘Abdul Mateen.
Upon arrival at Perdana Leadership Foundation, Putrajaya, His Majesty was greeted by Tun Dato Laila Utama Dr Mahathir Mohamad.
His Majesty then proceeded to the first floor of Perdana Leadership Foundation where His Majesty was welcomed by the wife of the Prime Minister of Malaysia, Tun Datin Dr Siti Hasmah binti Mohd Ali and Datuk Seri Dr Wan Azizah binti Wan Ismail, Deputy Prime Minister of Malaysia.
Before the meeting, His Majesty consented to sign the guest book.
The meeting with Tun Dato Laila Utama Dr Mahathir Mohamad which lasted more than an hour, was also attended by Tun Datin Dr Siti Hasmah binti Mohd Ali, and His Royal Highness Prince ‘Abdul Mateen.
Soon after the meeting ended, His Majesty was bid farewell by Tun Dato Laila Utama Dr Mahathir Mohamad.
After meeting with Tun Dato Laila Utama Dr Mahathir Mohamad, His Majesty visited His Majesty Sultan Haji Ahmad Shah Al-Musta’in Billah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Abu Bakar Ri’ayatuddin Al-Mu’adzam Shah, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Pahang Darul Makmur at His Majesty’s residence at Villa Aman, Jalan U-Thant, Kuala Lumpur Malaysia.
Upon arrival at Villa Aman, His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam and His Royal Highness Prince ‘Abdul Mateen were welcomed by Her Majesty Sultanah Pahang, Sultanah Hajjah Kalsom, Kebawah Duli Yang Teramat Mulia Tengku Mahkota Pahang Tengku Abdullah Al-Haj ibni Sultan Haji Ahmad Shah Al-Musta’in Billah, Pemangku Sultan Pahang and Yang Amat Mulia Tengku Fahd Mu’adzam ibni Sultan Haji Ahmad Shah Al-Musta’in Billah, Tengku Arif Temenggong Pahang.
His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam and His Majesty Sultan Haji Ahmad Shah Al-Musta’in Billah, consented to have lunch with other members of the royal family.
Before leaving Villa Aman, His Majesty was bid farewell and safe journey by His Majesty Sultan Haji Ahmad Shah Al-Musta’in Billah, Her Majesty Sultanah Hajjah Kalsom, Kebawah Duli Yang Teramat Mulia Tengku Mahkota Pahang Tengku Abdullah Al-Haj, and Yang Teramat Mulia Tengku Fahd Mu’adzam.
