QAF Eurokars Sdn Bhd unveiled the all-new 911 Carrera S last night at the Porsche Centre Brunei in Beribi.
Members of the media and invited guests witnessed the unveiling by Deputy General Manager of QAF Eurokars Sdn Bhd, Clement Chong.
The new Porsche 911 Carrera S is extending its position as the best in its class in terms of performance and efficiency. Advanced development of the flat engines into turbocharged units has given the world‘s best-selling sports car a boost in power along with significantly improved fuel economy.
On its exterior, the 911 Carrera S impresses with an evolutionary yet further sharpened design, while inside it features the new Porsche Communication Management system for the first time with improved connectivity and real-time traffic information.
Many exterior features of the 911 Carrera S have been visually refined. They range from head lights with four-point daytime running lights to door handles without recess covers, a redesigned rear lid with vertical louvres and new rear lights.

The sleek interior of the 911 Carrera S
Inside, the new standard Porsche Communication Management system (PCM) with a multi-touch display offers a considerably expanded range of functions and greatly simplified operation.
Along with the generation change in models, the newly developed infotainment system, PCM, is making its way into the cockpits of the 911 models as standard.
This system can be made out by a multi-touch monitor with high quality glass surface, which is perfectly integrated into the center console along with other new functions.
Additionally, the system can now process hand written inputs. Mobile phones and smartphones can now be integrated more quickly, easily and comprehensively than before via Bluetooth or cable. Select vehicle functions can now be controlled remotely as well.
As with previous models, the Sound Package Plus sound system is offered as standard; a Burmester system can be an option.
The new Porsche Carrera S is now available in the Brunei market, and parties keen on taking a closer look at the sports car in the SUV segment are welcome to visit the Porsche showroom in Beribi.
