A QUALITY Control Circle (QCC) Convention for the Survey Department was held at the Ministry of Development yesterday.
Ten teams participated in the QCC Convention this year, after their projects were approved by the QCC Steering Committee of the Survey Department.
Acting Surveyor General at the Survey Department Arefin bin Haji Jaya attended as the guest of honour.
The panel of judges comprised officers Haji Abdul Aziz bin Haji Hassan from Business Management and Consultancy Services, Norarina binti Chuchu from the Civil Service Institute and Hajah Nona Lieza binti Haji Yahya from the Survey Department.
GeoSpatial Technology Section (GST) was the top winner of the convention, followed by PGS17/18 and Muta’alliq.
Muta’alliq presented on Pengunaan Kertas Yang Meningkat, while PGS17/18 (GSP) presented on Sistem Peralamatan Rumah Kurang Teratur, GST on Kelewatan Mengemaskini Rekod Pengeluaran Barang Gunahabis, Belait 17-18 on Maklumat Ukuran Yang Dibekalkan Kurang Memenuhi Keperluan Pasukan Luar, SAB presented on Kelambatan Proses Penghitungan Kerja Pengukuran, PKD TUT 17-18 on Kelambatan Penerbitan Plan Akui, MUK@AD 17-18 on Pengunaan Nama Stesen Kadaster Dalam Plan Ukur Kurang Informatif, PKA 17-18 on Pencapaian Latihan 100 Jam Tidak Mencapai Sasaran, TEM17-18 on Maklumat Tanah Ukuran Lama Kurang Selaras Dengan Ukuran Baru and UKD on Perolehan kerja-kerja pengukuran Luar Yang Tidak Selaras.
