HE MAY be five years old, but Awangku Mohd Labiq bin Pengiran Haji Mohd Lizam has already moved up the ladder in the Al-Quran recitation category at the Kampong Sungai Buloh Mosque, with the likelihood of winning a motivational award.
His talent has also come to the attention of the Kampong Sungai Buloh Mosque Takmir Committee, as one of the 245 Al-Quran readers who have been actively involved since the first day of Ramadhan.
Recently, he participated in a Khatam Al-Quran ceremony at the Kampong Sungai Buloh Mosque, which featured a presentation of souvenirs to several Al-Quran readers, and a student from Institut Tahfiz Al-Quran Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah for leading the nightly Sunnat Tarawikh prayers.
