New service centre opens for Kia customers

GRAND Motors Sdn Bhd has opened a new and improved service centre, which is fully dedicated to catering for Kia customers in Brunei.

The Kia service centre was officially launched yesterday by After Sales Manager of Kia Motors – Asia Regional Headquarters JY Lee, Sales Manager of Kia Motors – Asia Regional Headquarters Joseph Choi, Managing Director of Grand Motors Frankie Ho and Executive Directors of Grand Motors Haji Shaiful Rizal bin Pehin Dato Dr Haji Ahmad and Pengiran Haji Abdul Qahar bin Pengiran Sanggamara Diraja Major General (Rtd) Pengiran Haji Ibnu Ba’asith.

In his welcoming remarks, Frankie Ho said, “Our commitment to improve all areas of our service operations has remained steadfast over the years.

“This same commitment is what drives us to keep up with the constantly rising expectations of our customers.”

JY Lee said, “One of our top priorities in Brunei is to increase the service capabilities. The first outcome was the service centre in Kuala Belait, and now, we are riding a historic record with Grand Motors.

Located at the Lambak Kanan Industrial Area in Berakas, the refurbished service centre has a total of 22 service bays and 49 staff, including 16 technicians.
