THE Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in Brunei Darussalam, in collaboration with the National Chamber of Commerce and Industry Brunei Darussalam (NCCIBD), Taiwan Business Association in Brunei Darussalam, Taiwan Graduates Association of Brunei Darussalam and Chinese Chamber of Commerce of Bandar Seri Begawan (CCC BSB), is organising a series of health talks by Taipei Beitou Health Management Hospital, a renowned Taiwanese medical centre, as part of efforts to promote Taiwan’s medical tourism industry.
The talks are running from August 12 to 16, taking place at Chung Hwa Middle School (BSB), the CCC BSB, and the NCCIBD.
Delivering the talks is the hospital’s Superintendent, Dr Ching-Piao Tsai, who will share the hospital’s various world class medical services.
During his time in Brunei, Dr Tsai will visit the Jerudong Park Medical Centre (JPMC) to familiarise himself with the medical services available in the country.
The Taipei Beitou Health Management Hospital talks come amidst Royal Brunei Airlines’ (RB) decision to reinstate flights to Taipei beginning December 3 this year, providing a boost to the tourism and business relationship of Brunei and Taiwan.
Taiwan is long renowned for its advanced medical technology and services, attracting large numbers of international medical tourists seeking top quality, yet affordable medical care.
