HIS Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar ‘Ali Saifuddien Sa’adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam yesterday received in audience 11 heads of delegations attending the 11th China-ASEAN Prosecutors-General Conference, being held in Brunei from August 14-15.
Present at the audience ceremony was His Royal Highness Prince Haji Al-Muhtadee Billah, the Crown Prince and Senior Minister at the Prime Minister’s Office.
At the ceremony, His Majesty received in audience Zhang Jun, Procurator General of the People’s Republic of China; Chea Leang, Prosecutor General of the Kingdom of Cambodia; Wong Yuen Kuai Lucien, Senior Counsel (SC), Attorney General of the Republic of Singapore; Xaysana Khotphouphone, Deputy Supreme People’s Prosecutor of the Lao People’s Democratic Republic; Win Myint, Deputy Attorney General of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar; Dr Arminsyah, Vice Attorney General of the Republic of Indonesia; Datin Paduka Zauyah Be binti T Loth Khan, Second Solicitor General of Malaysia; Nattachak Pattamasingh Na Ayuthaya, Inspector General of the Kingdom of Thailand; Tran Cong Phan, Deputy Prosecutor General of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam; David Leung Cheuk-Yin, Senior Counsel (SC), Director of Public Prosecutions, Hong Kong Special Administrative Region; and Ip Son Sang, Prosecutor General, Macao Special Administrative Region.
Also present were Dato Paduka Haji Hairol Arni bin Haji Abdul Majid, Attorney General and Zuraini binti Haji Sharbawi, Solicitor General.
The audience ceremony took place at the Istana Nurul Iman.
