HIS Royal Highness Prince Haji Al-Muhtadee Billah ibni His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izzaddin Waddaulah, the Crown Prince and Senior Minister at the Prime Minister’s Office and Her Royal Highness Paduka Seri Pengiran Anak Isteri Pengiran Anak Sarah binti Pengiran Haji Salleh Ab Rahaman graced the first day of the 7th Brunei Open and Masters LC (Long Course) 2018 at the Swimming Pool of the Hassanal Bolkiah National Sports Complex yesterday. Also present was Yang Teramat Mulia Pengiran Muda Muhammad Aiman.
Yang Teramat Mulia Pengiran Muda ‘Abdul Muntaqim competed in the men’s 50-metre butterfly (for seven-24 years) while Yang Teramat Mulia Pengiran Anak Muneerah Madhul Bolkiah took part in the women’s 50-metre butterfly (seven-24 years). Yang Teramat Mulia Pengiran Muda ‘Abdul Muntaqim, who performed under the banner of Royal Brunei Recreation Club, posted a time of 44.82s while Yang Teramat Mulia Pengiran Anak Muneerah Madhul Bolkiah, who represented International School Brunei (ISB) Hammerheads, broke her personal best with a time of 1:03.12s, eclipsing her old mark of 1:14.97s.
