UNDERGRADUATES from the Religious Teachers University College of Seri Begawan (KUPU SB) visited the Al-Huffaz Management at the iCentre, DARe (Darussalam Enterprise) recently.
The group, led by lecturer of the Education Faculty of KUPU SB and coordinator of the Nadi Iqra programme Haji Roslan bin Haji Untong, was welcomed by Al-Huffaz Management founder Haji Mohd Loqman Al-Hakim bin Haji Hamdan.
The group toured the facilities of the iCentre.
Haji Roslan said the visit aimed to provide exposure to students as part of their Nadi Iqra programme.
He said the founder of Al-Huffaz Management is an educator in the reading of Al-Quran and other religious principles, and these qualities are assets to the students in learning how to be good teachers in the religious education with respect to Al-Quran.
The Al-Huffaz Management will also present students the knowledge and skills needed on how to become entrepreneurs, an important segment in the road to nation-building and the diversification of the national economy, said Haji Roslan.
The Nadi Iqra programme is a concept identified as the quickest and most efficient way to assist children in learning in the reading of Al-Quran in a competent and proper manner.
The programme entails several core modules as guidance for the utilisation of religious educators to conduct religious teaching and learning in the classrooms.
