AN APPRECIATION night and the appointment of national team officials for Brunei Darussalam hockey were held on Wednesday at the Sports Village of the Hassanal Bolkiah Stadium National Complex in Berakas.
The event began with words of appreciation from the Brunei Darussalam Hockey Association (BHA) President Mansor bin Haji Ibrahim.
The president presented a Recognition letter from the International Hockey Federation (FIH) on FIH International Umpire to Md Sia bin Abdullah.
This was followed by a presentation of Letter of Appreciation to managers of 2018.
Team Manager of Men’s Team was presented to Suharizal Suot, Assistant Team Manager to Muliadi bin Sarjana, Team Manager of Women’s Team to Hajah Norhayati binti Latiff, and Assistant Manager to Hajah Suraya binti Haji Sulaiman.
Letters of Appointment of team managers and coaching team for 2019 were given to Suharizal Suot as Team Manager of Men’s Team, Captain (U) Awangku Abdul Aziz bin Pengiran Dato Paduka Haji Abdul Wahab as Assistant Manager, Shuarani binti Haji Ismail as Team Manager of Women’s Team and Hajah Latifah binti Haji Sawal as Assistant Manager. The Appointment Letters for the new coaching team for 2019 were also given to Md Fauzi bin Haji Awang as Head Coach and coaches Md Alisam bin Haji Momin, Abdul Razif bin Haji Razali and Md Hadi Zakwan bin Haji Hassanal Mega.
The Appointment Letters for Development Coaches were presented to Krisdnata Ishal, Ahmad Mu’az bin Haji Taib, and Nurul Syazwani binti Md Salleh.
