THE Brunei Darussalam Men’s and Ladies Masters Softball Teams departed yesterday morning to compete in the 6th Men’s Master Fastpitch Softball Tournament and 4th Ladies Masters Fastpitch Softball Tournament from October 11 – 14 at Hagashi Kagawa City in Japan.
Vice President of the Brunei Darussalam Amateur Softball and Baseball Association (BASBA) Pengiran Haji Jambul bin Pengiran Sulaiman bid them farewell at the Departure Hall of the Brunei International Airport.
Pengiran Haji Jambul handed over the national flag to BASBA’s Secretary General Major (Rtd) Wan Tambrin bin Haji Suhaili, the leader of the delegation and also as player for the Men’s Team.
