HIS Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar ‘Ali Saifuddien Sa’adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam, yesterday evening left Denpasar, Bali, the Republic of Indonesia after attending the ASEAN Leaders’ gathering.
Prior to departure from the hotel, Doa Selamat was recited by State Mufti Pehin Datu Seri Maharaja Dato Paduka Seri Setia (Dr) Ustaz Haji Awang Abdul Aziz bin Juned.
Present at the Ngurah Rai International Airport to bid farewell to His Majesty were Coordinating Minister for Political, Legal and Security Affairs General TNI (Rtd) Dr H Wiranto SH and Ambassador of the Republic of Indonesia to Brunei Darussalam Dr Sujatmiko.
Also present to bid farewell to His Majesty were Minister at the Prime Minister’s Office and Minister of Finance and Economy II Dato Seri Setia Dr Awang Haji Mohd Amin Liew bin Abdullah and Ambassador of Brunei Darussalam to the Republic of Indonesia Brigadier General (Rtd) Dato Seri Pahlawan Haji Yussof bin Haji Abdul Rahman.
