SPONSORSHIP for the Brunei contingent for the 45th Ship for Southeast Asian and Japanese Youth Programme (SSEAYP) was presented yesterday at a ceremony at the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports building.
Acting Director of Youth and Sports Haji Zafri bin Haji Mohamed presented the sponsorships to the Brunei National Leader of the 45th SSEAYP 2018 Haji Muhammad Iqbal Fakhri bin Haji Damit.
This year, Brunei is sending a contingent of 29 participants to represent the country in the programme which will run from October 23 to December 13. They will engage in various activities lined up in the programme.
Their activities will include a three-day-two-night homestay with foster families at selected port of calls and other bonding activities and cultural performances.
