HIS Royal Highness Prince Haji Al-Muhtadee Billah ibni His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izzaddin Waddaulah, Deputy Sultan, yesterday morning received in audience the newly-appointed Ambassador of Brunei Darussalam to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the newly appointed High Commissioner of the Republic of Singapore to Brunei Darussalam.
His Royal Highness first received Dato Seri Setia Awang Haji Yusoff bin Haji Ismail, Ambassador of Brunei Darussalam to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Dato Seri Setia Awang Haji Yusoff previously served as the Deputy Minister of Education.
Dato Seri Setia Haji Awang Yusoff received his Letter of Credence from His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar ‘Ali Saifuddien Sa’adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam on March 23.
His Royal Highness then received Lim Hong Huai, High Commissioner of the Republic of Singapore to Brunei Darussalam. Lim Hong Huai formerly held the post of Director-General of Southeast Asia I, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Singapore.
Lim Hong Huai presented his Letter of Credence to His Majesty on March 23.
The ceremony took place at Qashr Al-Meezan.
