MERAIH Berkah Group in collaboration with the congregants of Kampong Sungai Bunga Mosque and the residents of the village recently held Meniti Sinar-Meraih Keberkatan Waqaf Programme at the mosque.
Minister of Culture, Youth and Sports Major General (Rtd) Dato Paduka Seri Awang Haji Aminuddin Ihsan bin Pehin Orang Kaya Saiful Mulok Dato Seri Paduka Haji Abidin and over 70 participants took part in the programme.
It began with a mass Subuh prayer led by Imam of Kampong Sungai Bunga Mosque Pengiran Mohd Fadzillah bin Pengiran Mahmud followed by the reading of Ratib Al-Attas.
All the participants then peeled and fried onions which were later sold and the revenue from the sale was distributed to six orphans and 20 less-fortunate people. A waqaf was given to the mosque as well.
