THIRTY individuals yesterday took part in three calisthenics events at Giant Tasik Rimba Mall, which will be held until today.
The event comprised ‘Freestyle Calisthenics Competition’, ‘Max Reps’ and ‘Bar Wars’, with two groups each – Male and National.
Organised by Bar Quest and De Isma Event Management & Marketing alongside sponsors – Primal Performance and Mairgix Fitness Centre, the calisthenics event is a side event to further enliven the Giant Rimba Expo ‘Ingat Shopping, Ingat Giant. Mesti Berbaloi.’
It also aims to fill the month with activities in conjunction with the December holidays, allowing visitors to bring their friends and families along to enjoy the showcase, learn more about calisthenics, and encourage a healthier lifestyle.
