W.A.F. emerged champion of a six-a-side Hockey Fun Game at the Hockey Stadium of the Hassanal Bolkiah National Stadium Sports Complex in Berakas yesterday.
Organised by Hockey Sarang Tabuan, the competition saw eight teams competing. The teams were divided into two groups: In Group A were W.a.F., OPG HT, APA? and Unicorn HT, while Group B comprised Budak Kampung HT, Team Spidey, Dream HT and Burger HT.
The final match between W.a.F and OPG HT ended in a draw after full time, but W.a.F claimed their victory after a 2-1 shoot-out win. Budak Kampung HT beat Team Spidey to finish third.
President of Brunei Darussalam Hockey Association (BDHA) Mansor bin Haji Ibrahim presented the prizes.
