THE Royal Brunei Police Force (RBPF) recently conducted a Neighbourhood Watch patrol on criminal activities in collaboration with three police stations in the Brunei-Muara District, accompanied by Neighbourhood Watch members under the Brunei-Muara Police District.

The patrol involved Muara Police Station, Sengkurong Police Station and Limau Manis Police Station.

The patrol focussed on areas believed to have criminal activities based on the reports from victims. With the involvement of Neighbourhood Watch members, it is hoped that it can strengthen the collaboration between village communities in their responsibility to curb crimes.

The RBPF also urged the public to support and encourage the Neighbourhood Watch programme, especially with youth involvement in helping and strengthening its objective and supporting the law in maintaining security and stability of the country.
