THE Mall Gadong is currently hosting the Philips Carnival 2019 with an assortment of fun games and activities for members of the public until January 13.
Visitors can also discover the latest offerings from Philips, one of the most well-established and popular brands in Brunei.
In the attractive trade-in programme, anyone is welcome to bring along old appliances, particularly clothe irons, air-fryers and steam generators, in exchange for new Philips products that come with attractive discounts.
One of the new products is the Philips XXL Airfryer with Twin TurboStar technology. It is currently the biggest air-fryer in the market that can hold a whole chicken to 1.4 kilogrammes of French fries.
Details of the latest products from Philips were introduced to local media representatives by Senior Marketing Manager of Export of ASEAN/Pacific from Philips Electronics (S) Pte Ltd Gerrit-Jan Besselink and Market Development Manager of Intracorp (B) Sdn Bhd Daniel Kwang.
Besselink said, “The latest Philips XXL Airfryer can not only fry but also grill and bake. It gives healthier and faster results from the Twin TurboStar technology that swirls hot air around the entire cooking basket, extracting fat but sealing in the juices and flavour.”
Another unique innovative product is the Philips PerfectCare Elite Plus, the world’s fastest and most powerful steam generator, which provides a quick and hassle-free ironing experience through the DynamiQ sensor, while the OpitmalTEMP technology guarantees no burns on fabrics and the perfect temperature for all garments with no need for the temperature dial.
The Philips PowerPro Aqua combines mopping and vacuum systems, leaving the floor spotless of dirt and dust.
The PowerCyclone technology delivers high vacuum cleaning results in one go. It was also revealed at the event that from 2019 onwards, Intracorp will become the sole distributor for Philips Small Domestic Appliances (SDAs) in the Brunei market.
